Processing Time

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after your order is placed.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we'll notify you as soon as possible.

Free Shipping

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders of $35 or more within the contiguous United States.

Orders under $35 will have shipping calculated during checkout based on the shipping destination and selected shipping method.

Shipping Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers including:

  • UPS
  • FedEx

The carrier used will depend on your order size, weight, and destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the carrier receives your package.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (when available): 1–3 business days

The Raw Barrel is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or appears to be significantly delayed, please contact us as soon as possible.

We'll work directly with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue and make every reasonable effort to ensure your order reaches you.

International Shipping

At this time, The Raw Barrel ships only within the United States.

We hope to expand our shipping destinations in the future.
